Children under 7 years old sharing MINIMUM with 2 adults do not pay, older at this age they pay as adults.

Villa: Maximum capacity 9 pax for 401-401 (includes taxes of law, no it includes breakfast)

Hotel Policy
Additional services offered by the Hotel: Canopy, Horseback riding, Souvenir,laundry service, telephone, restaurant and Internet access in common areas (Lobby, Restaurant and Wet Bar).
Free parking is offered.
Additional person sharing the same room pays $37 (In 2025 it will change to $41). Children over 7 years are charged as an adult.
Villas do not include breakfast, includes taxes.
The first night will be charged in colones at the exchange rate valid in the hotel.
Rates include breakfast and taxes.(Only superior and standard rooms).
Arrival time 3:00 pm. Departure time until 12:00 noon.
Pets, food or drinks are not allowed.
Check In: 3:00 pm. Check Out: up to 12:00 noon.
Food, beverages or pets are not allowed ( keep in mind, there are watchdogs around the hotel).
By the Legislative Law # 9028 of the Costa Rican government, smoking in Public spaces is illegal. That includes hotel rooms.
The rates include taxes of law and buffet breakfast.
Cancellations:
NO show, means a penalty for 100% of your reservation.
Modifications: Early departures or late arrivals will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the reservation.
Early DEPARTURES and late ARRIVALS will NOT receive refunds for the unused portion of the reservation.
Any cancellation made 14 days before the day of arrival at the hotel, you will have a 100% charge of the first night's deposit.
Any cancellation made 30 to 15 days before arrival at the hotel,You will have a 50% charge of the first night's deposit.
Notes:
Your email address will be used for notifications about this reservation only. The credit card data is requires to confirm immediately and automatically in the case of availability of the rooms you are asking for. In the case of no availability, it will be automatically ignored and deleted.
To register and guarantee your reservation online, if there is availability, to the credit card specified on the form will be charged by the total amount of the first night of accommodation. In case of not working said card, we will inform you and you will be asked for another credit card to make the surcharge and confirm the reservation requested. If this is not possible, due to lack of guarantee, your reservation will be automatically canceled
This reservation process is subject to the permanent and reliable connection between the on-line of our reservation system and the hotel database local, this connection does not have total control the Hotel Los Lagos, so in the remote possibility of an erroneous automatic confirmation, it will proceed to officially inform as canceled reservation for the reasons exposed, and your credit card information will be ignored and deleted. However, it can be booked on another date if there is availability of rooms for other dates.
